Taking a nice long slow deep breath in. You're going to have your [snorts] feet shoulderwidth apart. Your knees are soft. Let your tailbone relax. Give your body a bit of a wiggle. We're letting go of the energy from the day. Anything that's not serving us any more. Nice big breath in.

Day four. We're just going to start by connecting to the breath. Feet are shoulderwidth apart. Toes are pointed straight ahead or as much as you can. Knees are soft. Tailbone is relaxed. Wiggle through the body. Get some more space in there.

We're going to start by shaking off the energy of the day. So, we're just going to invite you to shake. Just shaking, shaking, shaking, shaking, shaking. And as we shake, we're going to release with the breath.

Day two, evening QiGong practice. Connecting with the breath. Starting with your feet shoulderwidth apart. Knees are soft, tailbone relaxed. You're going to hear it every time. It'll become an automatic thing that we do with repetitive exposure.

The evening is about balancing the energy, releasing energy and winding down so that we have a beautiful evening.
